CARLISLE, Pennsylvania (March 1, 2018) – Lee Enterprises (NYSE: LEE), a leading provider of news, information and advertising in 49 markets, has named Kim Kamowski publisher of The Sentinel in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.  Kamowski succeeds Gary Adkisson, who was made publisher of The Bismarck Tribune in North Dakota in November, 2017.

Kamowski has served as interim publisher at The Sentinel in Carlisle since November 2017. She began her career with The Sentinel in 2008, advancing to print sales and marketing manager before assuming the interim publisher role.

She is active in the community, serving as a board member of the United Way of Carlisle & Cumberland County and Summerfair Carlisle. She is a Class of 2018 Fellow of Leadership Cumberland.

Kamowski is a Carlisle native, graduating from Carlisle High School in 1999.
